Note for International Customers: While we ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions), delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country. All applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Our Returns Promise

We understand that sometimes football equipment needs to be just right. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures you can exchange or return items with the precision of a well-placed penalty kick.

Returns Policy Highlights

    • Original, unused condition
    • All tags and packaging intact
    • Proof of purchase included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Football boots (all types including junior and kids’)
  • Indoor football shoes
  • Trainers
  • Flip flops
  • Elastic training gear (unless unopened in original packaging)

Exceptions are made for faulty items – please contact us immediately if you receive defective products.

How to Return an Item

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 working days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Detailed instructions
  • Special packaging advice for fragile items (goals, tactic boards, etc.)

Step 3: Package Securely

Use original packaging where possible. For protection:

  • Wrap fragile items in bubble wrap
  • Include all original tags and accessories
  • Enclose your proof of purchase

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Note: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchange Process

Need different sized football boots or another colour training bib? Simply:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state you want an exchange
  3. Specify your preferred replacement item

We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original. If the replacement costs more, we’ll invoice the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
