Our Returns Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on football boots, indoor football shoes, trainers, or flip flops unless faulty. Elastic training gear must be returned in unopened original packaging.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your football equipment:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return reason
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 working days with return instructions
  3. Package Securely – Use original packaging where possible, especially for fragile items like tactic boards or goals
  4. Ship Your Return – Send to our Newcastle address using a tracked service (you’re responsible for return shipping costs)

Exchange Process

Need a different size of football boots or colour of training bibs? Follow the standard return process above, clearly stating you’d like an exchange and your preferred replacement item. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 working days
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged football equipment or wrong items (like cones instead of agility ladders):

  1. Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
  2. We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
  3. Choose between replacement or full refund
